Right now it is not possible to download content to watch it offline. In the PC/Linux/MacOs Stremio versions you can set cache size up to 10GB and stremio will download files to this cache storage and you will be able to watch movies that are in the cache offline.
You can use 3rd party software that allows you to download streams from stremio. It is available here
